• The domain model: system, components, APIs, resources, environments and instances, and the commands named after them.
• Shapes: what kind of repository this is decides its template and its agents.
• The GitOps model: one system.yaml in, every manifest out.
• Environments and promotion: how a version moves from dev to production.
• Resources: backing services behind a stable contract.
• Secrets: created in the cluster, never in git.
• Guard rails: the platform’s conventions as policy.
