Usage scenarios

Each scenario starts from a real situation, lists the commands, and says what you can verify afterwards.

Scenario	Situation
Ship a system from zero	You have an idea and no repositories
Build a feature with the agent pipeline	A service exists; you need a new capability
Promote to production safely	Dev works; staging and production must follow, reviewably
Add Postgres, secrets and observability	The service needs a database, credentials and telemetry
Adopt an existing repository	You already have services and want the platform’s flow
Harden for an audit	Someone asks how supply chain and runtime are controlled
Worked example: project management app	You want to see a complete system built and running on a laptop
Extend the platform	You need a language or resource the platform does not have
